Dry fruit Laddoo


Kaaju - 1cup
Pista - 1cup
Badam - 1cup
Walnuts - 1 cup (instead can use ground nuts)
Dates - 2 times all above - 8 cups
For every cup of nuts u add , use double amount of dates
2 spoon honey
4 spoon ghee

step 1 : cut all dry nuts into small pieces


step 2 : roast in 2 spoon ghee and keep aside

step 3 : roast dates in 2 spoons of ghee with honey for 10 minutes so that it becomes
sticky

step 4 : add nuts and mix them well for 3 minutes

step 5 : add ghee if u like and keep in separate plate

step 6 : make them to small balls when they are hot
